Five stages · from strategy to a creator network you own

How to build a creator network from your own community

Your people are already creating content. What's missing is the infrastructure to recruit them, train them, govern what they publish, and own what they produce. That's what we run. Five stages, ninety days, and everything at the end belongs to you.

The example throughout this page is a university deployment. The same five stages run for schools, brands and companies.

    Stage 01 · UpperClass

We set the strategy — with you in the room once

01 · Strategy — Content strategy, audience mapping, brand voice

One meeting. We agree what you're trying to achieve, which audiences you need to reach, and what the engagement has to produce. From there we build the content strategy, map it to those audiences, and set the brand voice your creators will work to. You don't attend anything else in this stage.

    • One strategy meeting — goals, audiences, required output
    • Content strategy and audience map built from it
    • Brand voice defined and carried into every brief

    The one meeting you attend

Ninety minutes, once, at the start. Your goals and your required output go in; everything after this is built from what we agree in that room.

    Stage 02 · UpperClass

We recruit from your community — you approve who represents you

02 · Creator recruitment — 10–25 verified creators from inside your own community

We run recruitment inside your community and screen every applicant: membership verified against your records, profiles matched to the strategy, rights and usage cleared before anyone is briefed. Then we bring you the shortlist. Ten to twenty-five people represent your organization, and none of them do so until your team says yes.

    • Recruitment, screening and verification handled by us
    • Every creator verified as a real member of your community — students, alumni, employees or ambassadors
    • Rights and usage cleared before anyone is briefed
    • You approve the roster — one screen, one decision

You choose who speaks for you

We bring the shortlist, verified and rights-cleared. Your team approves it, or sends it back. Nobody represents your organization without that yes.

    Stage 03 · UpperClass

    We onboard and train them

03 · Onboarding — Creator Academy onboarding, briefs, training

Approved creators go through the UpperClass Creator Academy, then get their Smart Creator Briefs — hook and retention shape, talking points, do's and don'ts, and the format that actually performs on the platform they're posting to. Briefs are written per platform and per campaign, against the strategy you signed off in stage 01.

    • A repeatable training curriculum, not ad hoc guidance — the same standard every creator in the network is trained to
    • Smart Creator Briefs written per platform, per campaign
    • Every creator attributed to your organization

They produce. We coach and quality-check.

04 · Content production — Short-form video and written content, coaching, quality

Short-form video and written content, produced across the ninety days at eighteen pieces per creator. Our team coaches on the work as it comes in and holds the quality bar before anything reaches your queue — so what you review is a shortlist worth reviewing, not raw output.

    • 18 pieces per creator across the engagement
    • Coaching and quality control before anything reaches you
    • Produced against the strategy and briefs already agreed

Nothing publishes until you say so

This is the one thing we don't take off your plate — because you shouldn't want us to. Every piece is screened automatically for safety, then queued for your team. Approve it, ask for a change, or reject it. Nothing carries your organization's name until you've said it can, and nothing enters the Content Hub without passing through this queue.

    • Automated moderation screens every submission first
    • One queue — approve, request changes, or reject
    • Full audit trail on every decision

    Stage 05 · UpperClass

A governed content library, live and distributing

05 · Content Hub — Publishing, moderation, embeds, syndication

Approved content lands in your Content Hub. From there it publishes to your own pages through the LiveFeed embed, reaches your partners, agents and regional teams through revocable links, and sits on structured pages that search engines and AI assistants can read and cite. One approval, deployed everywhere.

    • A governed library of rights-cleared content, attributed to your organization
    • LiveFeed embed on your main and program pages
    • Tokenised, filtered links for partners, agents and regional teams — revocable anytime
    • Structured, crawlable pages so AI search can cite you, not summarise past you

    WHAT YOU OWN

At the end of ninety days, the network is yours.

Most content spending rents you attention. This builds you an asset. Walk away after the pilot and you keep every piece of content, every creator relationship, the roster, the rights, and the account. Nothing you've built goes back in someone else's box.

    Your creators.

Real, verified members of your community. The relationships are yours — we recruited and trained them for you, not from you.

    Your content.

Every approved asset, rights-cleared and attributed to your organization, yours to use anywhere, indefinitely.

    Your network.

The roster, the performance history and the Hub stay with you, and they compound every term you run another cohort.

Stop renting audiences. Build the creator network you own.

    Where this engagement ends

This is the full pilot scope: five stages, ending in a live Content Hub that's yours to keep. Paid amplification and conversion tracking sit beyond it and are scoped separately — we'll cover them on the call if they're relevant to you.

Your people, telling your story — everywhere it's searched for.

Talk to us and let's build your creator network and a working Content Hub for your team, your partners and your channels.
