    Partner Program

One pipeline. Three ways to partner.

UpperClass runs a single delivery pipeline for universities — from content strategy all the way to enrollment. The platform and Content Hub are ours. The delivery work around it is where partners come in.

“Your craft. Our platform. Their students, telling the story.”

    How it fits together

    Where partners plug in.

Every UpperClass engagement moves through nine stages. UpperClass owns the platform layer at the center — the Content Hub, moderation, briefs, rewards, and analytics. Partners deliver the stages around it.

    The three partner tracks

    Stages 0–4

    Track — CREATE

For creative agencies and independent content professionals.

    Who this is for

Creative and social agencies, video production studios, independent professional content creators, creator-economy freelancers, and ambassador/engagement platforms that want to turn student ambassadors into active creators.

CREATE partners deliver the human side of the content engine: shaping the strategy, recruiting the right students, onboarding them into the programme, and coaching them to produce content that performs. UpperClass provides the infrastructure — Smart Creator Briefs, submission and approval workflows, moderation, rewards, and the Content Hub where everything lands.

    What CREATE partners deliver

    • Securing the university partnership and defining the engagement
    • Content strategy aligned to the institution's programmes and target markets
    • Recruitment of 10–25 student creators per institution
    • Creator onboarding, training, and creative direction
    • Production coaching for short-form video and written content
    • Quality control before content enters the UpperClass approval workflow

    Why it works

You already know how to make content that performs. Most universities don't — and they can't hire you full-time. UpperClass gives you a repeatable programme structure, a platform that handles the operations, and institutions ready to buy. You bring the craft; the platform removes the admin.

    Best-fit use cases

    • Launch a student creator programme from zero for an institution
    • Convert an existing ambassador programme into a structured creator programme
    • Run country-specific or programme-specific content campaigns
    • Direct campus-life, day-in-the-life, and student testimonial content
    • Train student creators in short-form storytelling that fits current platform trends

    Commercial models

    Delivery partner
You deliver stages 1–4 for institutions under a per-engagement agreement.
    Co-delivery
You own the creative relationship; UpperClass runs the platform and reporting.
    Independent professional
Solo creators and freelancers take on creator training and production coaching for one or more institutions.

    Stages 6–7

    Track — RECRUIT

    For performance marketing agencies.

    Who this is for

Performance marketing agencies, paid-social and media-buying specialists, demand-generation firms, and recruitment marketing companies with conversion expertise in education.

RECRUIT partners take the content produced in stages 1–4 — already live in the Content Hub — and turn it into qualified leads. That means identifying the top-performing creator content, building the paid amplification strategy, running the boosting, and managing the lead flow into the institution's CRM.

    What RECRUIT partners deliver

    • Performance-marketing strategy: which content, which channels, which audiences
    • Paid amplification of top-performing student content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
    • Landing and lead-capture flows connected to the institution's CRM
    • Lead qualification against agreed criteria before handoff
    • Funnel reporting: cost-per-lead, engagement-to-inquiry, pipeline contribution

    Why it works

The hardest problem in paid higher-ed marketing is creative that converts. Polished institutional ads underperform; authentic student content outperforms — but agencies can't manufacture it. UpperClass hands you a continuously refreshed library of governed, rights-cleared student content with engagement data attached. You bring the media expertise; the creative engine is already running.

    Best-fit use cases

    • Boost proven creator content into target recruitment markets
    • Country-specific paid campaigns built on international student stories
    • Lead-generation campaigns where authentic peer content replaces stock creative
    • Retargeting and nurture flows using student stories at each funnel stage
    • Post-offer and pre-arrival paid engagement to reduce melt

    Commercial models

    Performance partner
You run amplification and lead delivery for RECRUIT engagements, under a management-fee model with media spend agreed separately.
    Bundled funnel
You own the demand-gen relationship; UpperClass powers the content engine behind it.
    Strategic partner
UpperClass becomes your default creative source across multiple institutional clients.

    Stage 8 · Reserved track

    Track — CONVERT

For student recruitment agencies and conversion companies.

Reserved · verified · matched individually

    Who this is for

Student recruitment agencies, direct-enrollment providers, application support and admissions services, and conversion specialists working post-inquiry. This track is reserved — CONVERT partners are verified and matched to institutions individually.

CONVERT partners pick up where RECRUIT ends: qualified, story-warmed leads sitting in the institution's CRM. Their job is the last mile — nurturing inquiries into applications, supporting applicants through admissions requirements, and converting offers into enrolled students.

    What CONVERT partners deliver

    • Lead nurture from inquiry to application
    • Application and documentation support for prospective students
    • Counselling and market-specific guidance (visas, requirements, timelines)
    • Offer-to-enrollment conversion and melt reduction
    • Enrollment reporting back into the shared funnel view

    Why it works

The leads CONVERT partners receive through UpperClass are unlike cold agent leads: every prospect arrives pre-warmed by authentic content from current students — often having already watched the exact story that made them inquire. Conversion rates start from a higher floor, and the Content Hub remains available throughout the nurture journey via tokenized partner access.

    Best-fit use cases

    • Convert story-driven inquiries into completed applications
    • Country-specific conversion support for international recruitment
    • Post-offer engagement using pre-arrival student content to reduce melt
    • Regional representation for institutions without in-market teams

    Commercial models

    Conversion partner
Agreed per engagement, typically success-based on enrollment outcomes.
    Regional partner
Exclusive or semi-exclusive conversion mandate for specific markets.
    Integrated funnel
RECRUIT and CONVERT delivered by one company where capabilities span both.

    Resell · White-label · Co-deliver

For companies that span the pipeline.

Education marketing agencies, CRM and enrollment tech providers, pathway companies, and international education services often serve institutions across the full journey. These partners can operate in more than one track:

    Referral partner

Introduce UpperClass to institutions and share in the outcome.

    Reseller / white-label

Package UpperClass under your own service line, with UpperClass as the backend creator platform.

    Co-delivery

You own the institutional relationship; UpperClass and track partners handle delivery.

    Strategic platform partner

UpperClass becomes your default student creator layer across your client base.

    Where it works

    Where UpperClass performs best.

    1. Building student creator programmes from the ground up

Institutions with no internal team, no creator system, and no ambassador structure. CREATE partners take them from zero to a live Content Hub.

    2. Extending ambassador programmes into creator programmes

Institutions with existing ambassadors that are event- or chat-based. CREATE partners convert them into campaign-based creators producing measurable content.

    3. Turning content into enrollment pipeline

Institutions with content live in the Hub that want leads, not just visibility. RECRUIT partners boost what's proven and deliver qualified inquiries into the CRM.

    4. Closing the loop to enrollment

Institutions with lead flow but limited conversion capacity — especially in international markets. CONVERT partners nurture inquiries to applications and enrolled students, supported by pre-arrival content that reduces melt.

    FAQ

    Partner model questions.

    What is UpperClass for partners?

UpperClass is a student creator platform that runs a single delivery pipeline for universities — from content strategy all the way to enrollment. Partners deliver the stages around the platform: CREATE partners handle strategy, creator recruitment, onboarding, and content production; RECRUIT partners handle paid amplification and lead delivery; CONVERT partners handle lead nurture, application support, and enrollment conversion.

What is the difference between CREATE, RECRUIT, and CONVERT partners?

CREATE partners are creative agencies, studios, and independent content professionals who build the content engine — recruiting and coaching student creators and directing the content they produce. RECRUIT partners are performance marketing agencies who take that content and turn it into qualified leads through paid amplification, lead capture, and CRM delivery. CONVERT partners are student recruitment agencies and conversion companies who take those leads the last mile — nurturing inquiries into applications and enrolled students. CREATE builds the asset, RECRUIT generates the pipeline, CONVERT closes it.

Why is the CONVERT track described as reserved?

Stage 8 puts a partner directly in front of prospective students on the institution's behalf, so CONVERT partners are verified individually and matched to institutions and markets rather than joining through open sign-up. Recruitment agencies and conversion companies interested in the track apply and are reviewed case by case.

Can independent professionals partner with UpperClass, or only agencies?

Both. The CREATE track is open to independent professional content creators and freelancers as well as agencies. Solo professionals typically take on creator training, creative direction, and production coaching for one or more institutions, with the platform handling operations, approvals, and rewards.

Which stages does UpperClass itself deliver?

UpperClass owns the platform layer: Smart Creator Briefs, submission and approval workflows, content moderation, the creator reward system, the Content Hub, embeds and syndication, and analytics. Partners never need to build or operate any of that infrastructure.

Is UpperClass replacing existing engagement or recruitment platforms?

No. For ambassador and engagement platforms, UpperClass adds a creator and content layer on top of what they already run. For recruitment and demand-generation companies, UpperClass supplies the authentic student content their funnels are missing. Partners keep their client relationships, their billing, and their brand.

    How do partners make money?

Through delivery fees for the stages they own, referral or revenue-share arrangements, reselling or white-labelling UpperClass within their own service package, or co-delivery agreements where the partner owns the institutional relationship. Commercial terms are agreed per partnership.

Who pays for creator rewards and media spend?

The institution typically funds creator rewards, through the built-in points system or offline. For RECRUIT engagements, media spend is agreed with the institution separately from the partner's management fees.

What types of campaigns can institutions run?

Day-in-the-life content, campus tours, accommodation content, international student testimonials, "why I chose this university" stories, programme-specific student stories, event coverage, offer-holder and pre-arrival engagement, country-specific recruitment campaigns, and alumni outcome stories.

How is this different from influencer marketing?

Influencer campaigns are one-off promotions with external creators. UpperClass runs institution-governed programmes with verified current students — a repeatable system where every piece of content is reviewed by the institution before publishing, and where the best-performing content can then be amplified through the RECRUIT track.

What is the simplest way for a partner to start?

Launch a pilot with one institution: 10–25 student creators, one or two campaign themes, the full submission and approval workflow, a creator reward structure, and an end-of-pilot performance report. CREATE pilots prove the content engine; RECRUIT pilots add amplification and lead delivery on top; CONVERT partnerships typically begin once lead flow is live.

What is the main message partners should use with institutions?

"Your students are already your most trusted voices. UpperClass turns them into a structured creator programme — and when you're ready, turns that programme into enrollment pipeline."

Partner on CREATE. RECRUIT. CONVERT. Or across all three.

Deliver student creator programmes with a platform behind you — without building the system yourself.
