Request Account Deletion

    Use this form to request deletion of your UpperClass account (web or mobile) and the personal data we hold about you.

    Before you submit

    What gets deleted, what is retained, and how long it takes.

    Data we delete: your profile, name, photo, bookings, messages, points, uploaded content, and account credentials.

    Data we retain: anonymized financial / transaction records required by tax and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years), and aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

    Timeline: we acknowledge requests within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

    Already signed in? You can also delete your account instantly from Settings → Delete Account (3-day grace period).
