    No. Agents can search all institutions and submit a request without creating an account. Access to a specific school's hub is granted by the school itself after a one-click approval.
    How long does the request form take to complete?
    About 60 seconds. The form has five fields: your name, work email, and agency (required), plus the school's contact name and email (optional but recommended).
    How does UpperClass notify the school?
    The moment you submit the form, a branded email is sent from hub@upperclass.app to the school contact you named. It includes a one-click button to share their Content Hub with you.
    How long is my Content Hub link valid?
    Content Hub links are private and valid for 30 days. You'll get a reminder three days before expiry so you can request a renewal.
    Is the student content safe to use in recruitment materials?
    Yes. Every video and post in a Content Hub is approved and verified by the institution, so it's safe to copy or embed in your recruitment marketing.
