As an UpperClass Campus Growth Partner, you'll represent UpperClass in your market and work directly with universities, colleges, education organizations, and other institutions looking to grow through student creators and modern content.

You'll identify opportunities, speak to decision-makers, help shape conversations, and bring new institutional clients into the UpperClass ecosystem.

The Profile

We're especially interested in people who have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in education, marketing, consulting, recruitment, technology, or a related field
• Existing relationships with university or college decision-makers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness
• Entrepreneurial instincts
• A strong professional reputation
• Confidence speaking with senior executives
• A genuine interest in the future of higher education and content

Experience in higher education marketing, international student recruitment, student mobility, creator marketing, social media, content creation, film, video, or digital media is a strong plus.
