Enabling Habsida School with Student Stories for the Sales Team and its Global Partners
How Habsida — an English-medium coding school in Songdo, Korea — turned its students into its recruitment channel in 90 days, without adding work to its team.
Institution
Habsida
Location
Incheon, South Korea
Engagement
90 days, fully managed
Creators
10 onboarded in person
Filmed on campus during the actual implementation. No actors, no reshoots.
Goal
Habsida recruits internationally — its students come from Nepal, Canada, the UK, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and beyond — and it works with recruitment partners across three continents. But its best proof of outcome, the students themselves, wasn't reaching prospective applicants or partners in any organized way.
The goal: build a governed student creator community, produce a first library of real student content, and put that library in the hands of every Habsida partner — in one 90-day cycle.
What we did
UpperClass ran every step. Habsida's team approved content — nothing more.
-
I
Strategy with school leadership
One working session on campus to lock programs, brand voice, and creator onboarding plans. Leadership approved; we took it from there.
-
II
Campus recruitment — in person
Posters across campus, each pointing to Habsida's branded sign-up page. No email blasts. Students sign up when something is visibly happening on their campus.
-
III
In-person creator onboarding
Ten creators onboarded in one room, in one session. Every creator left with an approved brief, a first video filmed, and points loaded. This is where the community starts — and why we do it in person.
-
IV
Moderation, with real guardrails
Every submission reviewed before going live. Approvals published to Habsida's branded page; rejections sent back with a one-line reason and refilmed. Students keep it raw. The school keeps it right.
-
V
Content Hub for partners
Approved stories organized into a private, filterable hub. Each Habsida partner receives a tokenized link — filtered by program or nationality — with every impression tracked back to Habsida's funnel.
Result
Delivered
A live Content Hub for Habsida's partners
Habsida's recruitment partners across three continents now embed real student stories next to Habsida's listings — one revocable link per partner, every open and impression attributed. The school's students are now present everywhere the school is sold.
A sample of the approved student stories now live in Habsida's Content Hub. Tap any cover to watch.
What it means
1.The school did almost nothing — and that was the point.
Habsida's team spent minutes per week approving content. Everything else — strategy, recruitment, onboarding, briefs, review, distribution — was run by UpperClass. If your team has no spare marketing bandwidth, that's the model.
2.In person is what turned sign-ups into a community.
Ten students in a room, filming their first videos together, is a different thing from ten students clicking a link. The energy of that one session carried the whole 90 days — and it's more fun for everyone, which is why the content doesn't feel like an assignment.
3.Partners sell better with student proof.
An agent listing Habsida next to twenty other schools now has something no brochure provides: a current student saying, on camera, what actually happened to them. That's the difference between being listed and being chosen.
This was one small school in 90 days.
The same implementation runs for any institution — university, college, or academy. Leadership approves. We do the rest.
